Carrier Administrative Representative - Toledo, Ohio
Salary: $30,000 - $35,000 annual; Full Time
The Carrier Administrative Representative will be responsible for carrier setup and follow up in McLeod, as well as maintaining relationships with existing carriers. Must be able to pay close attention to detail.

- Onboard new carriers, ensure all requested documents from carriers (packets, contracts etc.) are accurate, signed and added/updated in McLeod.
- Review current carriers, ensure all information (contracts, signatures, contacts) are up-to-date. Follow up to obtain required information is received in a timely manner.
- Review the rating statuses of all carriers, alert management of any red flags, such as negative reviews, unfavorable ratings etc.
- The position includes answering inbound phone calls.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Hours may vary based on the need of the business. Occasional after-hours communication via phone or email may be needed.
This position requires up to 10% travel.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED
Preferred Education and Experience
Related degree in logistics preferred but not required. Two (2) years of prior logistics experience is helpful.
